Please contact Sunrise Aviation for Custom 100 hour Block Rates If not arriving with another pilot, shared rates are only available if another pilot is available. Solo-prepaid 100 hour blocks time available at the rate of $86.36 per hour. Cessna 172R available at an additional expense of $42.00 per hour solo or $21.00 each shared. Pre-paid hours are non-refundable; blocks of 100 hours must be flown off within 1-month extensions on one-month terms and are based on weather or prior approval. Prerequisite: must fly six hours a day, six days a week to complete 1250hrs within 12 months. Extensions on terms are based on weather or prior approval. Pilot must hold a minimum of a CPL Single Engine and Instrument rating for shared time. Pilots must hold current FAA CPL licenses and be Instrument current or obtain an IPC at Sunrise Aviation. All pilots must complete a check out with Sunrise Aviation instructor prior to solo/shared (hours to complete based on proficiency). ATPL is based on pilot meeting all requirements prior to prep and subject to pilots request and proficiency. Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs. Prices do not include M-1 visa expenses (if required). Housing available but not included at listed price and must be confirmed one week prior to arrival. Rates for housing are Shared Bedroom $550.00 a month + utilities based on usage or Single Bedroom $775.00 a month + utilities based on usage. All are in shared housing and include transportation to and from school at scheduled times in the morning and night.
