Vinhthuy (Moi) Hoang passed his Flight Instructor Airplane practical test on April 27th, 2012. Moi is employed as a part-time dispatcher at the Sunrise Aviation Jacksonville satellite. He has already been hired as a flight instructor and will begin instructing Florida State College at Jacksonville students very soon. In the photo, Moi points to his name on the Dispatch Board at FSCJ while showing off his new flight instructor certificate. Moi is a military veteran utilizing his GI Bill benefits at FSCJ and will soon finish his Professional Pilot Technology degree there.
